I want to pose a question with a follow up later this week with my thoughts and yours.
Tell me what success means to you.

I've been working hard to make healthy choices in my life. Everything from drinking a glass of water when I first wake up to eating about 70% raw fruits and veggies every day. I've also pretty much stopped drinking caffeine and liquor. It's been really energizing surprisingly. I've found that I don't need my morning coffee anymore... or the one at 3pm either!
If you're looking for more energy and better health, here are a few steps you can take.
- Three times a day, take 10 power breaths. Inhale for 10 seconds, hold for 20 seconds, exhale for 15 seconds.
- Drink half your body weight in ounces of water a day. And add fresh lemon–it tastes great and helps to keep your body balanced.
- Eat 70% of your diet with raw fruits + veggies. And eat organic whenever you have the option.
- Take a supplement of Omega 3 + 6. Your best bet is flax seed oil, Udo's Choice Oil or fish oil (if you're not a vegetarian).
- Avoid 'white foods' such as sugar, dairy and white flour.
- Take a walk for 30 minutes a day.
- Drink water 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your meal, but not during. This helps in the absorbtion of nutrients in your food.
Definitely not rocket science and probably stuff you already know, but it does make a considerable difference. Try it for 10 days and see what you think!
