I came to know Need Magazine after receiving a subscription from Antonio as a gift (thanks again AG). I've received 3 issues so far and I'll say, it's the most inspiring and truly altruistic view of the world of social good in a magazine I've seen. They document projects and groups all over the world with vivid imagery and telling stories.
Get a subscription, they're only $27 and it's pretty impossible to find it on the shelves of you local bookstore anyway. If you can't afford it, at least check out their blog or get a digital version of their first issue for free.
Need was designed by a firm up in Minneapolis, Fusion Hill. They have done a great job in keeping it simple and letting the words and picutures tell the stories.
Check it out and let me know what you think!
